In addition to the everyday rigorous food safety and cleanliness standards we practice, our dedicated team has recently implemented additional steps in our restaurants to maintain a safe and healthy environment for every person who visits us.
We uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in line with CDC best practices for food preparation and service.
Our restaurants and consistently cleaned and sanitized throughout the day, including the thorough cleaning of all surfaces, proper hand-washing procedures, and deep cleaning overnight.
Sick employees are always encouraged to stay home, and any employee who arrives or becomes sick on the job is sent home immediately according to our sick-leave policies.
Currently, we are reviewing and emphasizing all proper hygiene and disease prevention policies thoroughly with our staff in order to ensure our guests’ comfort and safety. We have no plans to close and have had no issues with illness at any of our two locations.
